IA’s Information Day 2025 promises to be another interesting day packed full of information for anyone living with, or caring for someone with, an ileostomy or an internal pouch. The format will be a mix of presentations and workshops throughout the day with lunch and refreshments included.

Booking is now closed and attendees will need to have registered beforehand to attend.

After the main programme, we will be holding a gala dinner in the evening at the hotel which should also be booked in advance.

Date: Saturday 5 April 2025 (registration from 9am)
Venue: Hilton Manchester Airport, Outwood Lane, Manchester, M90 4WP
Time: 9.00am – 5.00pm (registration opens from 9am). Where booked, gala dinner will be available from 7pm
Cost: £10 to attend the information day which includes refreshments and lunch during the day. If you wish to attend the gala dinner please indicate on the booking form – this is charged at an extra £35 per person

Daytime Parking: Onsite parking will be available at the hotel (subject to availability) and will be complimentary during the day ONLY (overnight parking is chargeable, see below) subject to you registering your vehicle at the front desk using their in-house parking registration system. This must be done within 15 minutes of arrival to avoid any fine imposed by the hotel or their parking agents. IA is unable to refund any fees due to failure to register your vehicle within the time limits imposed by the hotel.

Overnight Parking: While onsite parking is available overnight, this is chargeable by the hotel at a discounted rate of £15 per night. Charges incurred for parking overnight at the hotel will be administered by the hotel and IA is unable to refund or waive these charges.

Room Bookings: Delegates can book rooms directly with the hotel via Available Rooms – DoubleTree by Hilton Manchester Airport, or calling 0161 435 3000. Room rates are £119 B&B single occupancy and £129 B&B double occupancy. IA does not guarantee availability of these rooms and therefore we recommend booking early to avoid disappointment if you are planning to stay overnight for this event.
