IA’s PR Manager, Caroline Bramwell, took to BBC Spotlight recently to talk about life with a stoma. Giving a frank interview, Caroline shared how she’d lived with bowel disease before being told she needed an ileostomy.

In her interview, Caroline showed the stoma equipment she uses to reduce the fears and concerns that many have when faced with bowel surgery and the need to have a stoma.

Showing that a stoma doesn’t have to be a barrier to life, Caroline talked about life as a triathlete – in the water, running and on the bike.
