70 steps, laps, minutes, hours or even days – take part in IA’s 70th anniversary #70for70 activity challenge.
To mark IA’s platinum anniversary in April 2026, we invite you to help us raise awareness of the charity by undertaking 70 activities of your choice, and sharing your efforts on social media using the hashtag #70for70. Don’t forget to tag us in about how your activity challenge is going @IASupport on X, @iasupport on Facebook and @ia.support on Instagram.
